Superior Industrial Refrigeration HAZWOPER Training

The Nampa Civic Center is proud to host Superior Industrial Refrigeration’s HAZWOPER Technician & Refresher Training this January. This hands-on safety training equips local workers with essential knowledge and practical skills for working safely in hazardous environments.
Participants will receive in-depth instruction on ammonia system fundamentals, hazard recognition, exposure limits, spill prevention, and safe work practices. The training also covers emergency response roles, PPE usage, decontamination procedures, air monitoring, zone control, and leak mitigation techniques—providing real-world preparation for emergency situations.
This training is an outstanding workforce development opportunity for our community, supporting safety, compliance, and preparedness across industrial and technical professions.
