Yoga in the Park

Join me for an hour of gentle movement in nature and in community.
No need to book or let me know you're coming - just show up with an exercise mat or a blanket.
No experience of yoga needed - this session is suitable for and open to all (including accompanied children).
There is no charge for these sessions - I want them to be open and accessible to everyone.
