ベアフットランニング協会の会員でも会員でなくても、どなたも何度でもフリーにご参加いただけます。
事前申し込み不要。ドタ参、ドタキャンOK。「ランニングクラブ」と一応名前がついていますが、ほぼ走らずに終わります（笑）。
裸足になれる格好と心の準備のみでお気軽にお越しください。
前半はドリル、後半は裸足でユルジョグ、歩きをするメニューです。
コーチがいて一方的に教えるのでなく、皆さんが日常トライされていることなどを全員でやってみる、といったゆるーい練習会ですので、お気軽にお越しください。
保険は加入していませんので、イベント中の怪我や事故は全て自己責任でお願いします。
