Volleyball Workshop

Think & Play like a Volleyball Champ! Life Coach for Kids and Teens, Michelle Cox is ready to give volleyball athletes, ages 7-12, top tips on building and maintaining a winner's mindset, while honing in on those volleyball skills! Coach Michelle will guide athletes through three mindset skills: managing stress, bouncing back from failure and losing, and good sportsmanship within a team. There will be drills, serving techniques and scrimmages. Drink and snack included.
