Wether you are are joining for the first time or returning to deepen your practice, in this space you can fully surrender.

• the session will be either in English or German, depending on who is joining
• please bring your on mat and a blanket
• ideally no heavy food 2hours prior to the session

Psychedelic breathwork is not recommended for people with cardiovascular problems (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure), epilepsy history, recent surgery, pregnancy.

Tickets are non-refundable but can gladly be transferred to a friend.
