Fall Music Series on Sabino: Full Moon Cruise

Step aboard Sabino for an evening that blends music, astronomy, and the magic of the Mystic River. Enjoy live music from Anna May and a cash bar as the vessel travels south through the drawbridge and railroad bridge, turning near the village of Noank to return. In honor of the full moon, Brian Koehler, Associate Director of the Museum’s Treworgy Planetarium, will join the cruise for a special look at autumn astronomy. Brian will guide guests through the stories of the fall constellations, the brilliance of the Full Harvest Moon, and the upcoming Orionid Meteor Shower. With the sun setting at the midpoint of the journey, the return trip upriver will offer an unforgettable view of the October evening sky.
