The world is a stressful place for us all right now. We are all feeling the stress of one thing or another and it’s a challenge fighting the anxiety that creeps up into each day. Transformational Breathwork can open new peaceful pathways within you. The core of this style is called integrative breathwork and the technique is a form of conscious connected breathing - which is basically a continuous flowing breath - one deep breath bleeding into the next with no pause in between. The deeper you breathe, the deeper the experience you will likely have. When we breathe as deep as we're going to be breathing during this session, we open the door to our subconscious mind. We can pull to the surface the roots of what's causing us so much discomfort and struggle…and let it go.

Expect a 90 minute commitment for the full experience. Bring your yoga mat, pillow, bolster, or anything to make you feel comfortable lying still on the floor for the 45 mins of breathing.
