Philip started meditating in 1978 and has been teaching since 1993. His eclectic style of meditation is perfect for meditation groups as well as teaching people starting on their meditation path and more advanced meditators. It’s also perfect for Reiki Masters, yoga teachers and others who use meditation as part of their teaching.
This course takes you on a confidence building journey of discovery into meditation. It is designed for people who meditate and want to share the joys of meditation with others.
