This month we will be creating a paper bag Journal and making pockets with smaller bags. Bring basic tool kit, wet glue, paper trimmer, ruler, bone folder, binder clips, cutting mat, craft pick or awl, blunt tapestry needle, vintage photo or walnut ink pad and sponge applicator, misc, papers and scrapbook paper, ephemera , lace , and etc. to decorate your journal. Bring a large paper grocery bag and any other bags you would like to use. Barbara will have a collection of bags for you along with papers and ephemera.
A junk Journal is a mixed media handmade and hand bound book, created with recycled paper and found items that might otherwise end up in the trash, hence "Junk Journal". A place for all those bits and pieces that we all save.
Each month Barbara will post what you will be doing and what products and things to bring. Barbara will have dyed paper, sheet music and misc, paper and ephemera for you.
We have limited seating so pre-register and pre-pay. This class will also be taught simultaneously on zoom. Contact us with enough time to ship kit to you
