FREE Children's Book Giveaway

Looking for an age-appropriate book to teach your kids about body safety and boundaries? No worries, Rape Crisis Center's got you covered!

Join us for RCC's FREE Children's Book Giveaway on Monday December 8th from 5-7pm. The FIRST 50 PEOPLE will receive a FREE book of your choice. We will also have FREE crayons and coloring sheets for kids, as well as additional resources for parents and caregivers!

NOTE: This event and the books/content shared are designed to help parents, grandparents, and caregivers to start meaningful conversations with their little ones about critical safety topics such as body safety, boundaries, and consent, giving them the tools to prevent unwanted/unsafe touch and interactions with others. These lessons taught now will stay with children as they grow into adulthood and, most importantly, will empower them to set good boundaries without feeling threatened or challenged, and creates trust so kids feel comfortable coming forward and reporting any unwanted and/or unsafe physical interactions with others.
