A 6-Week Journey to Self-Discovery and Healing

Dive deep into the unexplored parts of yourself with this transformative 6-week shadow work class. Together, we’ll embark on a journey of self-awareness, embracing the parts of us that often remain hidden in the shadows. Through guided meditations, journaling, group discussions, and creative exercises, you'll gain tools to understand, heal, and integrate these aspects into your whole self.

This class is designed to help you:

Recognize and understand your shadow self.
Uncover the roots of emotional triggers and recurring patterns.
Transform shame and fear into empowerment and self-compassion.
Strengthen relationships by fostering authenticity and setting boundaries.
