During this Chakra Check-Up, you’re invited to drop in for a gentle evaluation of your chakra system. We’ll take time to assess how your energy is flowing, where there may be imbalance or stagnation, and what’s ready to be supported next.
You’ll receive thoughtful feedback along with practical recommendations to help you begin (or continue) the healing process—whether that includes grounding practices, energetic tools, lifestyle shifts, or spiritual support tailored to your needs.

No prior experience is needed. This is a drop-in workshop, so you may arrive anytime during the listed hours and move through the experience at a pace that feels steady and supportive.
