Beginner Yoga Class

Curious about yoga? This free class is the perfect way to begin! Join me for a gentle session designed for absolute beginners.
We’ll move slowly, focus on breath, and explore foundational poses that build strength, flexibility and calm. Bring a yoga mat and water. We'll meet in the exercise room at the Carolina Forest Recreation Center.
Donation based (suggested $5 -$10) via Venmo or cash.
