We’ll begin with conscious breathwork, gently exploring the breath as a powerful tool for grounding, presence, and nervous system balance. Through a combination of pranayama techniques and elements of the Buteyko method, you'll learn to engage your breathing in a way that supports calm, clarity, and connection.
You’ll also gain insight into the breathing organs and how healthy, conscious breathing functions. By understanding how breath shapes our physical, mental, and emotional state, you’ll begin to develop a more intuitive and supportive relationship with your own breath.
This guided breathwork not only calms the mind but also helps prepare the body for stillness, creating the perfect foundation for deep rest.
From this grounded and centered state, you'll transition into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that invites the body into profound relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. Known as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a scientifically supported method that helps release long-held physical, emotional, and mental tension.
In this restful state between wakefulness and sleep, your nervous system shifts into deep repair mode. The stress center of the brain (the amygdala) quiets, fostering a sense of inner safety, clarity, and equilibrium. Through body awareness and guided breath, you reconnect with yourself and gently unwind.
With regular practice, Yoga Nidra and conscious breathwork support sustainable nervous system regulation, improved sleep, and greater emotional stability.
This class is especially beneficial for those navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or sleep challenges. All are welcome, no prior yoga or breathwork experience needed. Come just as you are, and allow yourself to be gently guided into rest, restoration, and reconnection with your breath and being.

Who am I?
I am a Psychological Counsellor, Yoga Nidra Teacher, and Life Coach based in Berlin. I am the founder of House-Of-Breath, a
holistic practice dedicated to nervous system
support, emotional resilience, and sustainable
transformation. My work integrates modern neurobiology,
trauma-informed therapeutic tools, somatic
practices, and ancient yogic traditions - guided by the belief that true healing begins with safety in the body. I'am certified in the Buteyko Breathing Method and has been practicing Yoga Nidra for over three years, now teaching it regularly in studio settings and private sessions. My approach is gentle, inclusive, and rooted in the needs of each individual, especially those navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or burnout. My intention is to help others reconnect with themselves gently, through breath, movement,
and deep rest.
