Welcome to Intention Setting - Yoga & Sound Bath at Mindful Blooms Farm! Join us on Friday, October 3rd from 6pm-8pm for a rejuvenating experience in the heart of nature. End your week with a peaceful yoga session surrounded by beautiful flowers, followed by a soothing sound bath to relax your mind and body. Set your intentions for the season ahead in a serene setting that will leave you feeling refreshed and inspired. This event is the perfect opportunity to connect with yourself and nature!
Please bring:
A journal, yoga mat and anything to be comfortable for the sound bath - pillow, blanket, eye mask.
Flower picking is dependent on the field - if the flowers are blooming enough you'll get to pick a few blooms to take home - small vase and clippers will be provided.
