From Seed to Self : Women’s Mini Retreat at Mindful Blooms Farm

Join us for a peaceful, playful, and slightly muddy Women’s Mini Retreat at the serene Mindful Blooms Farm. This sacred morning will be held in a shaded pavilion overlooking the open farm — the perfect space to slow down, connect, and grow together.

We’ll begin with a 30‑minute grounding meditation and sound bath to melt away stress and open your heart. Then, we’ll settle into a full hour of Women’s Circle magic — open‑hearted sharing, gentle connection, and the kind of soulful sisterhood that fills your cup.

After our circle, we’ll paint affirmation stones — colorful, intention‑filled keepsakes you can carry as reminders of your own growth.

We’ll close by planting flowers together as a symbolic act of nurturing our own growth, then cooling off and connecting in the farm’s outdoor mini pool — barefoot and blissful highly encouraged
