LIIT: January Sunday Series

New Year, New Workout!

Join us every Sunday this January for our Sunday Fitness Class series, LIIT, at 2:00 PM!

What: LIIT (Low Intensity Interval Training) - A gentler alternative to traditional HIIT. This class alternates between periods of moderate and low intensity exercise, perfect for easing into your fitness routine!

When: Sundays in January @ 2:00 PM
January 4th
January 11th
January 18th
January 25th

Where: Mustang Recreation Center

Instructor: The amazing Melissa!

Cost: Included with your existing fitness pass membership. Or, try your very first class for FREE!

Details: No registration required, just show up ready to move!

LIIT is suitable for all fitness levels and is a great way to improve your endurance and feel fantastic without the high impact. Come experience the benefits and kick off 2026 strong!
