Wednesday Strength + Pilates Sculpt @ 6:15pm. All are welcome to join @ Waters Edge Fitness. $8 drop in or free to WEF members.

Plus live via zoom if you cannot attend in person.

You’ll need a mat, hand weights & water.
We have them at the gym to use.
