Beach Yoga

Experience the beauty of yoga by the lake! Join us June through August for a donation based for all-levels beach yoga. The soft sand enhances balance, the sound of waves deepens relaxation, and the fresh lake air revitalizes the mind and body. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced yogi, this class offers a peaceful yet energizing flow designed to connect you with nature and yourself.
Bring towel, blanket or mat. Meet by playground.
