The inaugural Sweet Potato Festival celebrates South Carolina’s rich history and cultural legacy through foodways, storytelling, and living history. Set at historic Hasty Point, the event highlights African American, Native American, and Revolutionary War contributions, connecting the past to the present through shared traditions.
