Full Moon Bonfire SoulFLOW

Join us for a Full Moon Bonfire SoulFLOW at Sara Js! Enjoy breathtaking views overlooking the inlet as the sun begins to set.

This class will begin with a guided meditation followed by gentle restorative flow and deep breath work. SoulFLOW combines somatic stretching with the basic, foundational yoga postures that are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are integrated with restorative moves and stretches to release physical and mental stress from your body and soul. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, relaxation, and ease of movement.

Leave class feeling relaxed, restored and renewed. Bring a mat or blanket, some water, and be prepared to open your heart and honor the moon.

Stick around after class to enjoy time around the bonfire with friends. Drinks and food can be purchased at Sara Js and brought down to the bonfire.

This is an all levels class - beginners and yogis of all ages and backgrounds are encouraged and welcome.
