Guided Meditation Drum Journey
✨ Join us for a Drum Journey in October ✨
Two dates to choose from:
October 13 or October 27

Through rhythm and sound, drum journeys offer a chance to quiet the mind, settle the body, and connect with something deeper. Each session is guided with care by our clinical chaplain, Jude O'Higgins, and blends ancient practices with modern understanding of how rhythm supports nervous system regulation and presence. If you are looking for more personal insight and a way to connect with your subconscious mind, please come!
