Fierce 'N' Fit Heels Class

Fierce 'N' Fit Heels is a dance-fitness style class that blends balance, coordination, strength and cardio training with the artistry and confidence of heels dance. Feel empowered to express yourself and connect with your inner confidence! The talented Racheal Moreno will be your instructor.

Heels are recommended, but optional — students can still get all the benefits in bare feet, socks, or sneakers.

This class will be held every other week starting 9/25. Classes on 9/25 and 10/9 are FREE. Book a spot at thesocialfitnessclub.com!
