Join, Alison Watson, of Serenity Valley Wellness, for a Valentine/Galentine sound healing workshop, in which you will experience fine chocolates like never before at The Barre: Murray in Murray, KY, on Sun, Feb 15, 2:00-3:30pm.
This event is for individuals, couples, or friends/family to celebrate and relax together, enjoying a meditative chocolate tasting and sound therapy experience.
If you haven't been to a singing bowl session before, know that it is, at the very least, incredibly relaxing, and can be a transformative experience for many, including the beautiful sounds of instruments to sooth the nervous system.
Enjoy a guided chocolate meditation in which three different fine chocolates will be provided for tasting with awareness and thoughtfulness, followed by a sound therapy session. The session will include the theraputic sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, crystal merkaba, and more!
Bring anything you would like to make yourself comfortable. Mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye masks will be available onsite.
