Coorong Health Service Health Advisory Council Annual General Meeting

The Coorong Health Service Health Advisory Council (HAC) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 22 October 2025 at 3:00pm at the Tailem Bend Hospital - Day Centre.

Agenda: Welcome – Apologies – Election of Coorong HAC Members.

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
Nominations have been called to fill five vacancies on the Coorong HAC at the AGM. The current incumbents eligible for renomination are: Julie Barrie, Angie Bjersander, Dennis Chandler, Brenton Qualmann and Helen Wicker.

Nominations must be in writing, signed by two residents of the Community and the nominee, who must also be a resident of the Community.

Voting shall take place at the AGM if more than the required number of nominees have been received.

Nomination forms are available from the Hospital Administration Department and must be received by the Returning Officer (Alicia Williams, C/- PO Box 63, Tailem Bend SA 5260) up till 5.00pm on Tuesday 14 October 2025.

“Community member” is a collective term referring to persons who live in the Coorong Council area or who live outside the Council area but who use or may use services provided by or associated with the Tailem Bend and/or Meningie hospitals.
