Four-Hour Yin Journey

Slow down and replenish before the end of year, as Katerina and Buster guide you deeply inwards with a yin yoga and sound experience.

Bridging the external with the internal to create spaciousness and harmony, together we will weave cacao, breath, yin yoga and live soundscapes.

This journey is open to all, seasoned or new to yoga.

$80 per person + booking fees.

Mats are provided, though you’re welcome to BYO. As well as a sacred/special item to place on the collective altar, if you so wish.

Dress comfortably as this is primarily a movement practice.
