Are you looking for something fun & interesting to
do while improving your lung health? The COPD
Foundation's H4H class is a good way to exercise
your lungs, learn how to play the harmonica, and
meet new friends. No music background is needed!
Bring a harmonica (key of c) to participate. If you are
