- 5 Pools of 5 teams, 25 total teams
- Guaranteed 4 games to 15 by 2
- Top 2 teams from each pool play in Single Elimination bracket
- Bracket matches all 2/3 to 11 by 2, NO losers bracket
- Each player must be 4.5+ on DUPR; all matches being recorded
- Apex Pickleball will match total amount of entry fees collected
