With a career spanning over three decades, he has held key leadership roles in major companies including being the General Manager BPO/ MREIT and VP – Engineering / Managing Director at First Oceanic Property Management where he managed the operations for Megaworld’s 140 plus properties, led digitalization initiatives and achieved significant energy savings.
At Ortigas Land Corporation, he standardized engineering operations and spearheaded energy audits across office and mall properties.
His expertise also extends to large-scale projects and property management when he was Vice President of MediaQuest Holdings; and Associate Director for Property Management, and then Assistant Group Property Manager/ Enercon Manager and Head of Parking Operations at Shangri-La Property Management Services, Inc.
His technical acumen and strategic vision have earned him accolades, including awards from the ASEAN Energy Awards.
