I had many teachers on this subject, but decided to go with Carl Jung approach.
Lets dive deeper into human psych.
Carl Jung's Shadow Self is the unconscious part of our personality containing repressed, unacknowledged, or disliked traits, desires, weaknesses, and instincts, often seen as the "dark side" but also holding creative potential. It's formed by pushing socially unacceptable or painful aspects of ourselves away, leading to projection onto others, but integrating it is crucial for wholeness (individuation).
