SAT. OCT. 4th – (1:00 p.m.) – LORCANA: CONSTRUCTED EVENT
The Lorcana Fall League continues – and we have eight Emerald Pins to pass out for the Eight Best Players at the end of the season……and every week’s winner can choose a LILO, AURORA or GASTON pin as their trophy!
This is a constructed format – so remember, any cards from Sets 1 through 4 are no longer allowed in Constructed Format.
Today’s prizes are passed out according to how many rounds you win!
First place receives their choice of either the LILO, AURORA or GASTON enamel pin!
All other players receive the following prizes:
1st place also wins $25 in store credit
Win 3 or 4 rounds - $15 in store credit
Win 2 rounds - $10 in store credit
Win 1 or 0 rounds - $5 in store credit
Want a chance to win the coveted EMERALD PIN? You’ll have to earn LEAGUE POINTS over the 12-week run! You’ll be playing four rounds. This week, you get:
• 1 point for attending the game
• 2 points for each round that you win
• 1 point for each round that you lost or tied
• 1 point if you have three or more characters with a royal keyword on the playfield (king, queen, princess, etc.)
• 1 point if you play a character from a film released before 1970
• 1 point if you are playing a mix of Amber, Ruby or Steel.
• 1 point if you defeat a player with a bounty on their head
In the event that we have an odd number of players, people who have a BYE round will automatically be given 2 Points for the round. But they’ll also play the store owner. If you can beat him in a Best of One game, you’ll also receive one point!
But that's not the end of the surprises! For today's game, one random runner-up player will ALSO be getting one of the three Lorcana pins as a special thank you prize.....so everyone has a chance to win something enchanted!
