AoT Munich: To the Big Bang and Back & The Stirred and the Shaken: Turbulence in Galaxy Clusters

Astronomy on Tap Munich is back!!

We kick off with a cosmology-themed event, featuring astronomers Dr. Sebastian Bocquet & Dr. Frederick Groth. The ~30 minute talks will show you the large-scale universe as you’ve never seen it before - Come join us for a fun night of astronomy talks and games!

Astronomy on Tap is a casual event where astronomers from the local community give approachable talks about their research, with plenty of beer to go around. Additionally, there is a pub quiz with a chance to win space-themed prizes!

The event will be held on September 18th from 19-21 at Kooks Bar, Geyerstraße 18, 80469 München
