LunchBOX: The couple as a team
LunchBOX is our lunchtime format - ICF Germany Charter Chapter e.V. Bodensee - for connection, insights and exchange.
A transformative 5-day hike for couples in the Alps — blending coaching, nature, and the awareness-based framework of Theory U
"Two partners, or one team on a shared journey?"
A couple, like any team, thrives when there is a shared purpose, mutual trust and alignment, synergy of differences, accountability to one another, open communication, and the capacity to face challenges together. Hiking, nature, and team coaching can become powerful allies in nurturing these qualities in couples.
Speaker Simone Mastroianni (PCC, ICF ACTC, EMCC SP/ITCA/ESIA):
"Italian, based in Germany since 2013 with my “family-team” — my wife and four daughters — I support international teams and organizations, including IKEA and Zehnder Group AG, as an ICF- and EMCC-accredited team coach. By integrating my Theory U awareness-based system change certification with a solution-focused approach, I help bring clarity in change. I also train team coaches at Incoaching School, serve as an EMCC ESIA supervisor, and co-founded "Created for Something Greater", a project dedicated to personal and couple growth".
In this conversation, I will share photos, learnings, and insights from the 5-day mountain hikes of the project "Created for Something Greater". Together, we’ll explore how the awareness-based framework of Theory U can support and inspire the couple’s transformative journey.
