Back by popular demand after last year’s sold-out event, Steers n’ Beers returns for its second Valentine’s Day at the farm. This one-of-a-kind evening is designed to be both educational and indulgent, perfect for curious eaters, craft beer lovers, and couples looking for something a little different.
Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of farm-raised, pasture-raised, grain-finished beef, featuring a variety of cuts and preparations, each thoughtfully paired with different beer styles. Along the way, we’ll share insight into how these animals are raised and how those choices translate to flavor on the plate.
