From Bump to Beyond - Free Course

From Bump to Beyond: Understanding and supporting your body during and after pregnancy is a free course presented by the IU Health Ball Memorial Pelvic Health Rehab Team.

Pregnancy brings profound physical changes. As your baby grows, your body adapts in remarkable ways, some subtle, others less subtle. These changes occur because of your body adjusting to your growing baby. Your ribs and pelvis shift, organs reposition, and your pelvic floor pressure increases. These changes can lead to discomfort, weakness, and altered movement patterns.

The purpose of this free course is to help you understand and navigate these changes both during and after pregnancy.
