Collab – Ticket Refund Policy

At Collab, we strive to deliver high-quality, curated experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets.

1. General Refund Policy

• All tickets purchased through the Collab platform are non-refundable once confirmed.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated for a specific event.

2. Event Cancellation by Collab

• If an event is cancelled by Collab, a 100% refund of the ticket amount will be processed.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

• If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
• If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the reschedule announcement.
• Refund eligibility in such cases will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

4. No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend an event after ticket purchase (no-show) will not qualify for any refund.

5. Force Majeure

• Collab shall not be liable for refunds due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Acts of God or unforeseen circumstances
• In such cases, tickets may be carried forward to a future event at Collab’s discretion.

6. Refund Deductions

• If a refund is approved, payment gateway charges, taxes, or processing fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
