The highly anticipated Chiang Rai Jazz Festival returns for its second year this time under the theme “Analog Pulse” — a celebration of music art and culture pulsing in rhythm with the heart of Chiang Rai.

Organized by the Chiang Rai Jazz Festival team and supported by Boon Rawd Trading Co. Ltd. this year’s festival aims to become a dynamic stage for emerging jazz talents from across Thailand. The main stage will spotlight some of the most talked-about contemporary jazz acts in the country while the Showcase Stage will feature performances from up-and-coming student musicians from universities across Northern Thailand — a key highlight this year driving fresh momentum for the next generation of Thai jazz.

The full artist lineup will be announced soon but one thing’s for certain — this will be one of the most vibrant contemporary jazz festivals in Northern Thailand in 2025.

Another exciting dimension of this year’s event is the Vinyl DJ Stage a space dedicated to vinyl culture and analog sound. DJs passionate about authentic sound will spin vinyl records live — offering rich textures rhythms and warm vibes that bring Chiang Rai’s creative spirit to life perfectly embodying the concept of “Analog Pulse.”

Adding even more color to the festival is the Art Zone a collaboration with Art Bridge Chiang Rai. This zone will host live art demonstrations and hands-on workshops led by Chiang Rai artists — where visitors of all ages can participate whether solo with friends or as a family. Together they’ll create their own analog-inspired art throughout the weekend.

Venue: Rerng-Poy Warehouse

The name “Rerng-Poy” comes from a Northern Thai phrase that conveys joy festivity and coming together. This reimagined warehouse will transform into a cultural haven where music art and community pulse as one — true to the spirit of Analog Pulse.
