Sunrise Men's Gathering - Sunshine Coast

Hi Men, join us in Mudjimba Beach from 5am until 6:30am for a morning of connection with ourselves and other men. This is a weekly gathering where we share mindfulness practices to help us return to presence and to improve the quality of our lives.

We will practice some meditation, breathing and gentle movement. We will seat in circle and have the opportunity to share what’s present for our in our lives.


This is a great place to meet other men, to start new friendships, and to find a space to share and release whatever might be present in your life.

We gather in Mudjimba Beach, via entrance 124 or at the park near where the BBQ facilities are (if raining). This event is a community gathering by voluntary cash donation on the day.


Please tell your mates and help us spread the word about this work. Bring a bottle of water, a yoga mat, a cushion to sit and a light blanket in case it's cold.

If you are free after the session we will go for coffee or breakfast across the road, to connect deeper and build our network and friendships of likeminded men.
