Person in Charge Food Safety Certification
This is a FREE training for individuals in the food industry. Pre-registration is required. Limit 15 people per class.

In Ohio, Person in Charge (PIC) training is a mandatory certification for food service and retail food establishment employees who are designated as the person in charge for each shift. This training, also known as Level One Certification in Food Protection, ensures these individuals have the necessary knowledge to maintain safe food handling practices and comply with Ohio's food safety regulations.
