WHAT'S A COMMUNITY MATINEE?
Bridge Community Bank values film, arts and entertainment for families in the Mount Vernon-Lisbon community and beyond, so the team is renting the theater, throwing a private party, and you can get an invitation!
HOW DO YOU GET INVITED?
All are welcome - students, families, adults, individuals, retirees. Spots for the Community Matinee will be available starting on Thursday, October 9th IN PERSON ONLY. Spots will be available until all 70 seats are gone or until 15 minutes before the movie on 10/18, whichever comes first. Simply stop by The Bijou beginning on Thursday, October 9th during open hours to claim your invitation. We'll give you a hard copy and we will keep the duplicate stub, so make sure you put it in a safe spot. Sorry, we can't let you claim your Community Matinee spot before October 9th.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS OR TERMS?
Not really! We do ask that groups (daycares, clubs or community groups, etc.) NOT attend the Community Matinee. This is more for individuals and families. Groups can get other special pricing for movies upon request, and you can rent The Bijou to see your own favorite movie, too!
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Hocus Pocus is rated PG and is 1 hour and 35 minutes long. Full concessions will be available at the Community Matinee for patrons to purchase. As always, bring your own refillable container for 10% off your first fill up. Refills of soda or popcorn are 50% off during the movie.
