5th Annual Trunk-or-Treat and Prescription Drugs Disposal

Kick off Halloween week on Sunday, October 26th, 2025, at the 5th Annual Wellness Coalition Trunk-or-Treat and Prescription Drug Disposal, at the Lester Buresh Community Center from 2pm-4pm.

Join us for a family-friendly event! Dress up in costumes and visit decorated trunks from local businesses that provide support resources to individuals, kids, and families.

From 2pm-4pm, you may also bring any unused/unwanted medication to the Mount Vernon-Lisbon Police Department for safe and proper disposal. NO SHARPS will be accepted during this event. You can also bring a canned good to donate to SouthEast Linn Community Center's food bank and a hygiene product that the Mount Vernon schools can support students with.

This year, the Lester Buresh Community Center is also offering fun inside during the event, and Bass Family Farms will be providing a discounted ticket to their farm for everyone who attends the Trunk-or-Treat!
