PACKING LIST: P lease bring a warm jacket, sun hat, sun glasses and something to sit on like a rolled towels or rolled blanket, or portable chair, or meditation cushion during morning circle. It can be chilly in the mornings, and warm in the afternoons, generally sunny that time of year.
O ther items to bring: Your beautiful open heart, journal and pen, water bottles, comfortable clothing like leggings will be especially great for Friday afternoon Healing Session, rain jacket/gear, hiking/walking shoes, sunscreen, gifts for the medicine wheel or earth (like loose tea, flower petals, flowers, etc). You may bring pendulums, oracle cards, tarot, rattles, drum, drawing materials for your journal, etc as you desire
