Contact improvisation 2026!

Dear movers!

2026 started and we are back with some contact improv classes! come and join! All levels are welcome.

We'll be working on presence and how to deepen the listening of outside and inside inputs while dancing.

We will work on Contact improvisation dance principles allowing improvisation and free dance to emerge.
