� REGISTRATION & LEARNING REQUIREMENTS
All participants MUST complete the following steps before attending the in-person course.
� STEP 1: REGISTER FOR PLAY FOOTBALL
Go to the PlayFootball Registration Page
Register for the FREE Learner Referee Package
Carefully complete the Working With Children section:
Under 18: Select Exemption and state
“I am under 18 and do not require a Blue Card”
18 or over: You must supply your Blue Card
Wait for your confirmation email

� STEP 2: FOOTBALL AUSTRALIA LEARNING CENTRE
Visit the Football Australia Learning Centre
Select Learner (Learning Centre Account)
Log in using credentials provided
� STEP 3: COMPLETE ONLINE MODULES
Go to Training Library → Community Referee
Enrol in “Laws of the Game”
Complete all modules and knowledge checks
� STEP 4: DOWNLOAD YOUR CERTIFICATE
Go to Skills Passport
Download your Certificate of Completion
� STEP 5: JFMO COURSE (ONLINE + PRACTICAL)
Course Cost: $33.00
Complete the online course
Register for the in-person practical session via EtrainU
Training Event Calendar → Select Course → Register
� STEP 6: REGISTER ON SQUADI (2026)
Register with Football Queensland as:
First Year Referee, and/or
Club Referee
� Note: 2026 referee registrations are not yet open
