I'd love for you to join me for a special Full Moon Meditation

The full moon is a powerful time for releasing what no longer serves us and setting intentions for the next cycle. It’s a perfect opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves and each other.

What to Expect:

- Guided Meditation

- Moon visualization

- Candle lighting

- Silent stillness beneath the stars

- Free Thai food

Time: 6.00 - 7:30 PM

Where: 21910 44th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043

We'll spend about 45 minutes in guided meditation, quiet reflection, and enjoy delicious Thai food afterward. No experience necessary—just an open heart.
