This breathwork class is a safe place to let your body exhale what your heart has been carrying.
Guided by facilitators Esperanza Marie, Todd, Rachel, and Devan, you will be held in supportive, grounded energy as you move through a gentle but powerful 3-phase emotional release process designed to help you:
Clear emotional build-up from family dynamics, expectations, and seasonal stress
Release trapped or unspoken emotions stored in the body
Reconnect to your heart space so you can move through the holidays with clarity and peace
Strengthen your grounding so you aren’t pulled into everyone else’s energy
Restore your nervous system and return to your own rhythm, breath by breath
Through intentional breath, sound, visualization, and intuitive guidance, you’ll create space inside yourself to feel lighter, calmer, and more connected.

🌿 What to Bring to Your Emotional Release Breathwork Class
To help you feel grounded, comfortable, and supported during your session, please bring:
Yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on
Blanket (you may get warm or cool as your energy shifts)
Pillow for under your head or knees
Water bottle to stay hydrated
Journal + pen for post-breathwork reflection
Wear comfortable clothing that allows your belly and chest to expand
Optional: eye mask, cozy socks, or anything that helps you soften into your safe place
Optional: a small personal item (crystal, photo, token) that brings you comfort or grounding
