Experience Sound Healing

Tracy Cornelius, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Sound Healer, Meditation Coach, and certified Yoga Alliance instructor, invites you to experience the transformative power of sound healing.

Sound healing is a vibrational therapy where sound is used to create balance and alignment in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our being. With the use of various instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs and chimes, a practitioner aims to restore harmony and promote healing when a person’s natural frequencies become disrupted. Explore how the healing power of sound can aid in reducing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing overall health.

The evening will include will be a short sound healing demonstration. This enriching experience promises to be a journey towards greater peace and well-being.

Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and bring a mat, blanket, and pillow to ensure a relaxing experience. Registration is limited to 20 adults and may be done by visiting the library at 35 Kirby Ave., or by calling 570-474-9313.
