Basic Energetic Techniques

Ever wonder what people are talking about when they talk about grounding or centering? What about clearing energy or protecting it? In this basic energetic techniques class, we cover how to ground, how to clear and how to protect our energy as well as a few other techniques to get our energetic fields whipped into shape and working for us instead of against us.

This is a beginner's class meant for people with little or no energetic work experience.
