Get ready, Sunshine Coast… this is Fitstop’s first-ever Grand Final, and you’re invited to witness the fittest teams on the Coast go head-to-head!
After a massive day of qualifiers across Caloundra, Noosa, Coolum, Sippy Downs, and Maroochydore, the top teams have earned their spot in the ultimate showdown. They’ll be taking on four championship workouts — Perform, Lift, Condition, and Sweat — each designed to push their limits and crown the Fittest in the Sunshine Coast.
Bring your mates, your gym buddies, your kids, your dog — the more community the better!

• A stacked lineup of vendors: coffee carts, smoothie stalls, drink vendors, food trucks, merch tents.
