Silent Meditation at Matagiri in Mount Tremper NY

Taking place on Wednesday July 2 2025

From 6 PM to 7 PM

Everyone Is Welcome to this Silent Meditation Experience.

We begin the 1 hour silent meditation at 6 PM. You are welcome to stay and meditate silently until 7 PM when we end our silent meditation experience. 

And you are free to silently come and go 

any time between 6 PM and 7 PM 

during the silent meditation. 

We provide 2 variations of cushions that you may choose from and floor chairs with backs which are first come first served. 

We also provide padded banquet chairs. 

This group silent meditation experience is being held inside a beautiful second floor studio which is up 1 flight of stairs and we have air conditioning. Before entering the studio please take your shoes off in the hallway. 

Reservations are highly recommended in order to secure your spot for Wednesday July 2 2025.
